Returns Policy

If, for whatever reason, you wish to return an item, you must email us to let us know, within 3 working days of receiving the goods and return the goods with 5 working days or 10 working days if you are returning goods from abroad.

Note: In the interests of customer protection and hygiene, we do not exchange or refund any hair pieces. Sales items are also non-returnable

All items returned MUST be in the condition in which they were sent to you ie, unopened/undamaged, intact and unworn.

Any returns must be sent via recorded delivery, in the event that the parcel goes missing en-route to us.  The return postage will be paid by the customer and if an exchange is required, then the customer is also required to pay further postage and packaging charges for the replacement item.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is always respected and Dreadz on Headz is commited to safeguarding your privacy when you are shopping with us.  We only collect essential customer contact information e-mail addresses, mailing and shipping address and credit card information (credit card information is deleted when shipping has progressed). 

Dreadz on Headz will never intentionally disclose or pass on to any third party, any identifiable information regarding any of our customers.

We may use your email, to send you information and updates regarding products and services supplied only by us.  If you do not wish to receive this service, please do let us know and we will remove your email address from our files.
